Educational Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must have:
- A degree or diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (as per post).
- Post-qualification experience ranging from 4 to 10 years depending on the post and qualification.
- Specific work experience in railway and infrastructure projects is a must.

Pay Scale & Salary
- For Senior Resident Engineers: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000, approx. CTC ₹11.38 Lakhs per annum.
- For other posts: Salary depends on experience (from ₹22,000 to ₹35,304 monthly for degree holders, and ₹15,400 to ₹24,712 for diploma holders).

The selection for RITES Ltd Engineering Professionals Recruitment 2025 is based on a walk-in interview. Marks are given as follows:
- 65% for Technical & Professional Skills
- 35% for Communication & Personality
Minimum qualifying marks:
- 60% for UR/EWS
- 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD (against reserved posts)
